The Role

Ori, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Administrator with a speciality in Salesforce to fill a critical role supporting our business processes, optimizing system functionality, and driving efficiency through the effective utilization of various database and automation tools. We are seeking a team player who loves logic, process, and user experience, with a deep desire to make teams and organizations more effective. This person will build scalable systems and processes and transform manual tasks into magical, automated experiences. Specific skill areas include:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and security settings.
  • Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce workflows, process automation, and reporting functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose system enhancements or configurations to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance.

Zapier Integration:

  • Design, implement, and manage Zapier integrations to connect various applications, automate workflows, and streamline data transfer across systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify integration requirements, map out data flows, and develop effective automation solutions.
  • Test and debug Zapier workflows to ensure accurate data synchronization and resolve any issues or errors that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity and performance of Zapier integrations, addressing any connectivity or data transfer failures promptly.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing Zapier for process automation and workflow optimization.

Google Workspace Administration:

  • Manage and administer Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Assist in user provisioning, access management, and security configurations within Google Workspace.
  • Collaborate with users to troubleshoot Google Workspace-related issues, provide training, and ensure efficient usage of the platform.
  • Stay informed about Google Workspace updates, new features, and best practices to maximize productivity and collaboration.

Software Subscriptions and License Management:

  • Assist in the management of software subscriptions and licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to track software license inventory, renewals, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits to optimize software license usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend appropriate license allocations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Assist users with troubleshooting technical issues related to Salesforce, Zapier, Google Workspace, and other software tools.
  • Identify and resolve system bugs, errors, and performance issues.
  • Document technical procedures, guidelines, and FAQs to create a knowledge base and facilitate user self-help.

System Enhancement and Innovation:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging Salesforce and Zapier capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and propose system enhancements or new features.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Salesforce and Zapier, recommending innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Exploring New Software Solutions and Tools:

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, software solutions, and tools relevant to the organization's needs.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new software solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct proof-of-concept tests, and assist in the implementation of new software solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during the adoption and onboarding process of new software tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, workflows, process automation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Zapier integrations, mapping data flows, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and/or Python is a plus.
  • Digital native, who can creatively manipulate out-of-the-box software to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while managing to tight deadlines.
  • Great attitude; additive to our culture of challenging the status quo, working as a team by helping each other, and putting aside ego.
  • Independent, accountable, hardworking, and passionate about providing an incredible customer experience, with exceptional “soft” skills (e.g., an attitude that wins over customers and colleagues in tough situations while being mindful of and preserving business goals).
